Each class has 4 pieces of equipment that they can use (5, if an Arsenal is placed), that each have a particular main stat that they boost, as well as potentially extra stats they boost depending on Item Rarity. Grey < Blue < Yellow < Orange, as it goes up the item in question has more and more effects, though less of the main stat is increased. An example is that a grey ring might give you +17% evade, but a blue one gives you +10% evade and +8% vampirism. Overall you have 18% gains vs 17%, but it is now split between two stats.

Equipment is divided by class here:

Except Rings, every type of equipment has a main stat:

  • Amulets = Magic HP
  • Grimoires = Skeleton Level
  • Helmets = Retaliation Damage
  • Armor = HP
  • Belts = N/A (Belts are not yet obtainable)
  • Rings = N/A (Rings do not have a main stat)
  • Gloves = N/A (Gloves are not yet obtainable)
  • Boots = Evasion
  • Shields = Defense
  • Weapons = Damage

Each item type has several variants based on their highest bonus stat if they are higher rarity than grey (grey items have 3 basic variants they could be that has no effect on gameplay past appearance). Rings are exempt from this as they have no consistent "main" stat, so their appearance is not restricted by rarity. Some bonus stats can be of the same type as the main stat type of the equipment, such as Skeleton level grimoires.

  • Note that not all variants are obtainable, such as critical damage shields and grimoires, because those item types are not accessible to the Rogue.
